CASSA USER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Cassa platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cassa platform (“Platform”), operated by Kaizen Global Ventures (Pty) Ltd (“Cassa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1.2 By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.

2. DEFINITIONS

“User” means any person who creates an account and uses the Platform to request services.

“Service Provider” means a professional or business that offers services through the Platform.

“Services” means the home service solutions offered by Service Providers through the Platform.

“Booking” means a request made by a User for Services through the Platform.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 To use our Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

4.1 Booking Process

When you make a Booking, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the required service
  • Be available at the scheduled time
  • Provide a safe working environment for the Service Provider

4.2 Pricing and Payment

4.2.1 All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

4.2.2 Payment is processed securely through our payment partners.

4.2.3 You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your Booking.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

5.1 You may cancel a Booking subject to the following conditions:

  • More than 24 hours before the scheduled time: Full refund
  • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled time: 50% refund
  • No-show: No refund

5.2 Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a User, you agree to:

  • Treat Service Providers with respect and professionalism
  • Provide accurate information about the required service
  • Ensure safe access to the service location
  • Not request services that are illegal or against these Terms

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 Cassa acts as a platform connecting Users with Service Providers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by Service Providers.

7.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cassa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. TERMINATION

9.1 We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

9.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
